How to Order

Underneath the description for each product is a link that allows you to request further information. When this is clicked, it brings up your E-Mail program ready to send mail.

The subject line has already been typed in so that we know which product you are interested in, but please feel free to fill in the message area with any additional choices i.e. colour, skin, metallic colour, size, single or double sided.

Once we receive your order/request for information, we will respond (usually) with 24 hours.

Method of Payment


Personal or business cheque, postal order, bank draft, international money order, dollar traveller's cheque or electronic funds transfer (details of our account on request)

Terms & Conditions

  1. By placing an order you agree to all our terms and conditions

  2. Star-Shaped Cushion Company and employees assume no responsibility
    whatsoever for any injury incurred through the use of our product.

  3. The buyer agrees to give complete and correct details when
    ordering.

  4. The buyer understands that because of the handmade nature of
    our products work upon an order cannot commence until full payment has been
    received and any cheques, bank drafts or money orders cleared.

  5. The buyer agrees that for custom-made items, a deposit of 25%
    must be paid before work can commence.

  6. The buyer agrees that the onus is upon them to give their complete
    and correct address when ordering. Failure to do so will result
    in the delivery/shipping guarantee becoming null and void.

  7. The buyer agrees that he/she understands that we recommend
    specialised dry cleaning for our products as described under
    "care of product" information supplied with each product.

  8. The buyer understands that our prices are exclusive of shipping/mailing
    costs.

  9. The buyer understands that because our products are supplied
    as limited editions the colours and materials may differ slightly
    from those illustrated.

  10. The buyer understands that should the merchandise not meet
    their expectations they may return it at their own expense for
    exchange or a refund. Returned items must be in original condition
    and packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable
